If you're still feeling a little stuffed from all the Thanksgiving goodness, we're here to help! We're sharing a few of our favorite detox smoothie and juice recipes and fun little fitness tid bits to get you moving again. 
First up, a super simple smoothie recipe courtesy of Whole Foods (Mustache staff tested and approved). For this smoothie all you need is:
1 1/2 cups of almond or soy milk (we like soy!) 
2 dried apricots
1 cup of kale leaves
1 cup of spinach
1/2 cup of berries (frozen or fresh, it's up to you)
Now all you have to do is throw it in a blender and blend until smooth! How simple is that?! Not only is this a super simple recipe, but it tastes great and will leave you feeling refreshed and ready to go! 
Our next recipe is a tasty juice, also from Whole Foods. Here's what you need:
1 pound of cherries (stemmed and pitted)
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon of chopped ginger
1 tablespoon of lemon or lime juice (up to you!)
1 cup of water
Honey for a little sweetness
1/2 Vitamin C tablet (try a chewable orange flavor from Nature Made)
Blend ingredients together. If you choose, pour through strainer to separate any cherry skins. Pour juice over ice for best taste. This will last 4-5 days once refrigerated. 
As you may, or may not, know we're a pretty active bunch at the Mustache. Staying fit and active is imporant to all of us, which is why you'll catch us out on the trails running off that pumpkin pie or at the gym doing one of our favorite work out classes or maybe evening doing a little yoga to get our blood flowing. 
With the holiday season in full swing, remember it's okay to treat yourself, but always remember to give your body the healthy boost it needs!
